Vision Statement: a clear idea of a path forward
• Making DeMolay the place to learn, lead, and live.
Mission Statement: a core purpose and focus
• To make DeMolay something that members are proud of, and want to share with the world .
Goal #1 – Initiate new 100 MembersMethods:
1. Jump Start Program • Open Communication between new members, their Chapters, and the State 2. Membership Programs • Programs to assist the Chapters and Regions in facilitating membership growth 3. Big Brother Program • The Big Brother Program will be used solely as a guide for new/younger members on understanding the ropes of DeMolay. 
Goal #4 – Expand and grow opportunities for Region Master CouncilorsPurpose:
To empower the Region Master Councilors to work with the Master Councilors, Region Deputy, and Director of Regions to both create and execute their Region Term Plan. ~ Methods: • Region Master Councilor Meetings • DeMolay Update • WADA Classes |
Goal #2 – Maintain continuity through continuing and reenergizing programs set in place from the prior term(s).Purpose:
To keep focus on the Chapters and develop programs rather than starting from scratch. ~ Methods: • OV Programs • State Chapter • DeMolay Update • Galloping Gavel • Social Media
