State Official VisitsOV's are held during a regularly scheduled Chapter Meeting, dress code will be formal, the chapter will Open as normal per the ritual, and conduct their meeting. The State Corps and others will attend the Chapter Meeting. Chapters are strongly encouraged to invite the other Chapters in the Region to attend. The SMC will be given the opportunity to give remarks and the Corps to present a program. Following the Closing of the meeting, Chapters are encouraged, but not required, to host a short social time with refreshments.
