    Monthly Report Submission

    1)  Grading the Chapters in Your Region (over the last 90 days)

    Please provide feedback on each of the Chapters or potential Chapters in your Region from an adult perspective. Identify the Chapter and your observations with as much detail as you can comfortably provide.  Then rate the key roles for each of the Chapters. Finally identify the level of youth leadership in the Chapter. If it is a potential Chapter please provide any updates you feel are appropriate.

    2)  Previous Events Held in Region (within the last 30 days)

    Please be very specific with as much detail as you can be. Location and dates along with how the event went.  Call out anything that was noteworthy about the event. As discussed this will be an opportunity to contrast your observations with those of your RMC.

    3)  Councilor Meetings

    We all know how important it is for Chapters to have regular Councilor's meetings to be efficient and effective.  Please share what you know about the Councilor's meetings that are happening in each of your Chapters.  The feedback you have here is very important to assisting them if they are in need of help and/or guidance.

    4)  Region Morale and Attitude

    It is important for the morale in your Region to be positive and good.  Please tell us about any ongoing drama that may be a threat to harmony in your Region.  What, if anything, have you done to address the issue?  Additionally, we want to know if someone is doing a great job creating a positive, healthy environment and should be recognized for it. These might be candidates for an "Advisor of the Month" recognition.

    5)  Initiations and Ritual

    During the month of this report did any of the Chapters in your Region hold an initiation?  If so, how many new brothers were brought into DeMolay?
    What were their names and did you remind them to complete the Form 10 for the candidates?  If no degrees were done then how was the ritual in
    your Region, including memory work as well as floor work?  Did anyone stand out for particularly good ritual?

    6)  Help Needed in Region

    We need to know what the Chapters in your Region need.  Sometimes they will ask for very specific things and other times you will observe needs
    for a Chapter.  We need to know about both.  Additionally we want to know if there are any needs you have as a Deputy that would assist you in your efforts with the Chapters of your Region.

    7)  The Region Master Councilor's Performance

    During the month you are reporting, you have had many opportunities to interact with your Region Master Councilor. Please take a minute and rate how you feel about the interaction and what level of success you believe is being achieved.

    8)  Responses and Interaction with the Board of Directors

    As we continue to grow and improve our needs and roles it will be important to understand the interaction you are getting from the various Directors.  Please take a minute to share any feedback you would like to share about your experiences.

    9)  File Sharing

    From time to time it will be appropriate to share files you create or come across for use on the resource page or simply just sharing.  Please feel free to upload any files you think are relevant and share some information about what it is and what you think should be done with it.
