Masonic Affiliated Scholarships

Scottish Rite:

  • The Scottish Rite Foundation of Washington
    Award Type: Scholarship
    Award Amount: $3000 per year for each student
    Requirements: Must attend a NWCCU Baccalaureate accredited 4-year college or university in WA State, must be full-time student entering 3rd, 4th or 5th year of college, must maintain an accumulative 3.0 GPA, must be State of Washington resident, must be a US Citizen

  • George Washington University Program
    Award Type: 
    Fellowship
    Award Amount: Total worth $20,000 over 2 year period 
    Requirements: The Fellowship applies to two years of graduate study and is matched by George Washington University

  • Shelton Fellowship
    Award Type: 
    Fellowship
    Award Amount: $6,000 EACH
    Requirements: The Fellowship applies to students entering a School of Public Affairs in any Washington State accredited University. Contact the department chair or department secretary at your respective graduate school to determine if you are eligible to apply to the fellowship.

  • Blankinship Fellowship
    Award Type: 
    Fellowship
    Award Amount: $6,000 EACH
    Requirements: The Fellowship applies to graduate students entering a School of Speech Therapy or Speech Pathology at University of Washington, Washington State University, Western Washington University, or Eastern Washington University. Contact the department chair or department secretary at your respective graduate school to determine if you are eligible to apply for this fellowship.

  • Health Sciences Fellowship 
    Award Type: 
    Fellowship
    Award Amount: Total worth $20,000 over 2 year period 
    Requirements: The Fellowship applies to multiple disciplines within the health sciences field at WSU College of Nursing and Pacific Northwest University, Osteopathic Medicine. Contact the department chair or department secretary at your respective graduate school to determine if you are eligible to apply for this fellowship.

  • National Scholarship Opportunities: Endowed Scholarships at Specific Colleges and Universities
    Award Type: 
    Scholarships 
    Schools: The George Washington University (Washington, D.C), and Vanderbilt University School of Law School (Nashville, TN)
    Requirements: Contact the admissions office for undergraduate or graduate programs, or the financial aid office for requirements and information regarding these scholarships.

  • 2021 Eastern Star Scholarship 
    Award Type: Scholarship
    Requirements: Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program, a resident of Washington State, have already completed one year of required course work (45 credits/30 semester hours), and have one of the listed masonic affiliations included in the application.

  • Alexandra Schencking Nursing Scholarship 
    Award Type: Scholarship
    Requirements: Applicants does NOT need to be of masonic affiliation but needs to be sponsored by a member of OES. You must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program in a recognized state or private university, or community college Applicants must maintain a 2.5 GPA or above, must show proof of personal financial contribution to education, and must apply for current year.

    Requirements: Washington high school senior who is a child or grandchild of a Washington Mason in good standing

  • RevPart’s 2020 Spring STEM Scholarship
    Detailed description: RevPart is proud to support the next generation of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) students by providing a scholarship of $1,000 to a student demonstrating excellent promise in their area of study. As an innovator in the tech industry, we understand the importance of the STEM fields and wish to advocate for the industry's future leaders by assisting their efforts towards a degree. Any student majoring in a STEM field that is attending an accredited college may apply. The 2020 scholarship winner will be awarded to an undergraduate or graduate student to be used towards their degree. RevPart will also be offering a book scholarship for the first and second runner-up.

  • About ESTA Scholarship
    ESTA is an Electronic System for Travel Authorization introduced by US dept. Of Homeland security for International travellers who are seeking to travel to USA under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). All eligible travellers who plan to travel to the USA under the VWP must apply for a travel authorization and are recommended to apply for ESTA Registration at least 72 hours prior to departure.
    Reward and Experience:  ESTA will support 2 students each year, either entering a college or university, granting each $500 to be used towards educational expenses. Scholarship Submission:Applicants will be asked to write an essay (no more than 800 words) on:

    Advantages of international Education
    Once you complete the essay, please use the Scholarship Submission Form to submit your essay and information required below:
    1. Full name, mobile number and mailing address.
    2. College or university, you're currently attending.
    3. College / university registration proof.
    4. Major Information.
    5. For spring semester essay must be submitted by Dec 31st, 2019 and winner will be announced by Jan 15th, 2020. Fall Semester deadline is July 15th, 2019 and winner will be announced on July 30th, 2019.
