Sorting Hat Ceremony
Begin your magical journey with the Sorting Hat Ceremony, where you'll be assigned to one of the four illustrious DeMolay Houses (and one of 26 campsites). As sites are limited, registering early is a must. Each house has its own unique traits and strengths, and you’ll compete for the coveted House Cup throughout the weekend.
DeMolay and the Hike to Paradise
Hold onto your wands because we've got some spellbinding news to share! On Friday, August 2, the early birds of WOFAB are in for a treat worthy of the Hogwarts Express - it's the enchanting adventure of "DeMolay and the Hike to Paradise."
We'll be apparating (okay, driving) to the magical realm of Paradise on Mt. Rainier for a day of hiking, a picnic fit for a house-elf, and, of course, a sprinkle of magic. Expect enchanted trails, spellbinding views, and maybe even a few mischievous Nifflers along the way.
Don't miss out on this fantastic journey – grab your broomsticks and join us for a day of magical fun! See you at Platform 9¾ (or the campground entrance)!
Each car will need to register for timed access ($2) and a National Park Pass ($30). For timed access tickets, you will want to go here: https://www.recreation.gov/timed.../10101917/ticket/10101919. Select 08/02/2024 and the 1:00-3:00pm time slot. Park passes may be purchased at the gate.
