2017 - 2018 State Chapter Application
Those interested in serving as a Region Master Councilor and / or on the 2017-2018 State Chapter must complete the below application and submit the required Advisory Council Acknowledgement Form and Parental Consent by April 10, 2017. Candidates' applications will be reviewed beginning April 11, 2017 and will be contacted regarding their submission. Any questions should be directed to DSMC John Jacobson at [email protected].
